6. This Agreement shall become null and void if, for whatever reason, the relevant department in charge of the administration of industry and commerce does not issue a business license to Assignee within 90 days of date first set out above, and the rights and obligations under the Tenancy Agreement shall remain with the Investor, and Investor shall continually fulfill its obligations under the Tenancy Agreement including but not limited to pay rent and other charges associated with Tenancy Agreement until the relevant department in charge of the administration of industry and commerce issue a business license to Assignee.

这个协议将变得无效。无论什么原因，负责工业管理的相关的部门和商务在协议第一次发出的90天内将不会发布营业执照给代理人，并且投资者依然要遵守租赁协议的权利和义务，同时投资者要根据租赁协议继续履行职责包括但不限于付租金和与租赁协议相关的其他费用，直到负责工业管理的相关的部门和商务发布营业执照给代理人为止。
