UC知道recyclable bins & unreducible bins

Hello all,
I just saw an interesting phenomenon. Many bins on the street here (China) are classified as 'recyclable bins' and 'unreducible bins'. The former one is easy to understand, but the latter one, which means the trash cannot be recycled in Chinese, makes me a bit confused. I looked up in many dictionaries, and finally found that there is no the word 'unreducible'. I think this should be 'non-recyclabe bins' rather than ''unreducible bins'.
Could anyone tell me which one is right? Any help is appreciated!
