帮忙检查英语是否有误?

以上那句话表达得是否合理???如果不合理,请帮忙更正!

首先，sent应该改为send，因为是假设下次发生的状况，用一般时即可。
还有，send email 后接to，表示对象。而且，email以元音开头，用an。
其次，data虽然是datum的复数，但是它仍然是不可数名词，用has即可，不需要改。
最后，因为数据库是被更新，所以应该用被动语态，has been updated.

所以整句应该改为please send an email to me if data has been updated again next time.

for改为to
has been updated

建议改为:
please sent an email for me if data have been updated again next time.

a 改成 an 因为 e-mail是元音 开头的
后面的改改吧 if there is something to update

please send an email to me next time if there is any update in the dada.
