为什么论坛有时上不去?却出来一推乱码?

这意思大概就是说没有找到这个网页，这个与你电脑无关，可能是这个论坛被封了或者是论坛在做什么维护工作吧，有的情况是过一断时间又重新开放，有的情况是永远也不开了，有的情况是站长重新改一个地址重新开。
