只要一关网页就出现.....

用360安全卫士 www.360safe.com 高级功能 免疫所里面所有的插件 弹出窗口 就基本上可以搞定了

重新安装ie浏览器就可以了，这是最简单的办法。
或者用其他浏览器，不如遨游和火狐，避免使用ie，也不麻烦。
