I believe we all like nice food, for they are delicious and attractive. On the other hand, we’d better choose some good to our health and onlyu in this way can we lead a healthy and happy life.
I’ve got some suggestions for you to eat. Firstly, don’t eat too much at a time. This will leave a bad effect on your stomach. Secondly, not all nice-looking food is good to us. All in all, we'd better balance the nutriens by taking different kinds of food.
