怎样有效的删除IE缓存区的临时文件，及cook的垃圾文件，具体步骤
最好不用优化大师之类的软件（我现在正在使用优化大师，每次查出的垃圾文件删除后，仍然能在原位置找到他们，所以不想用他了）

新建一个记事本并输入以下的内容：

echo 清除系统LJ完成！

输入之后将它保存，然后更名为“清除系统LJ.bat” ,双击这个文件就可以自动清理电脑里的垃圾啦！
