Check to be sure you have adequate disk space. If a drivers is identified in the stop message disable the driver on check with the manufacture for the drive updates.try changing video adapter.
Check with you handware vendor for any BIOS update.disable BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.if you need to use safe mode to remove on disable component ,restart your computer.press F8to select Aduanced Startup Option,and the select Safe Mode

呵呵，楼主也遇到过这类问题啊，我也遇到过，我们家是vista的，512mb内存，刚开始买的时候也有此类问题，也是一开迅雷下载东西就蓝屏，我也以为是迅雷的问题，可后来发现电脑也有点慢，所以索性就加了3*512mb的内存，金士顿牌子的，结果没事了。
好了，废话不多说了，我总结一下：
加内存，金士顿牌子的要，如果你是vista操作系统（蓝屏不奇怪） 你最好加到2g
我现在就是2G的，很好使，我用的是惠普的，很稳定！

经常蓝屏就是内存条的问题了,建议换一条内存条
