其实英语病不难，经常读一些课文就行，做单选遇到不认识的词是很平常的，但如果感觉很顺，那就一定是对的。我这些都是凭感觉做的。也不知道对不对。英语不是我们的国语，在你这个阶段，只要做好书面英语的水平就可以
1 在表示 可能 而且if和whether 并存的情况下如果前面是否定的情况要用 whether这个是规律 所以应该选whether
2 这个题主要考察语意 题意是如果不治疗的话这种疾病就会发展为完全的失明 4个选项里只有 if 合适
3 选A 这个题要从后面半句的语意来判断前面是 有些东西
4 选A 因为 taste是动词所以后面要接副词而这4个选项里只有well是副词
5 选A 这里区分unless 和 untill的话 你要注意 untill一般是要接一个时间段的 但这里面没有复杂的语法 主要是考语意的 unless是除非的意思而 untill没有这个意思
6 这种题你要学会用排除法 这个题考的是全部否定与部分否定 所以应该选D
7 应该选B 基础扎实的话应该首先就明确全部否定常用none of 而没有 no of 所以直接排除C D 又根据应该用单数所以要选B
我给你的建议是一定要好好听课把基础打扎实 课本上的单词，短语一定要记住 课文最起码要熟读 最好要全部背过
