No,I don't agree.
A family lacks something if there is no child.
A child brings laughter and amusement to the parents.
If people stop giving birth to child, human beings will extinct.
Can you imagine an earth without humans?
Besides, a child is like lubrication for a couple. A couple without child tend to split up. A child brings more responsibility to a couple and yokes them together.
With a child, each the male or the femaler partner will have less chance to commit adultery.
All in all, I think a child will perfect marriage life.
