efficiency原来就是高效的意思，不需要加high.
不用but。
最后要用on more aspects.
it seem句型....用法问题很多的...太少分啦...
如果句子是被动语态，要译作“被看作是...”用regard as，perceive as 等。不用it seem句型。

如果是被动语态，应该是“be动词+动词的过去分词”
