yes and no.
if you work for one of the world top 500 companies, you'd better stick with it. It's not easy to find a better one nowadays. The chances are once you quit your present job, you may never find one that pays as much as you earn from your current company.
Look on the bright side, if you studied science in university and have a lot of experience, you may find a good job anytime.
