问一首英文老歌【在蜡笔小新剧场版出现过】急急急！

这首歌差不多人人都听过，好像在蜡笔小新剧场版的某一部有过（就是很多人手被绑着，然后蜡笔小新教大家坐在地上走。这首歌是在坏人出场的时候唱的背景音乐，那个坏人头发蓬乱，很爱干净，穿着喇叭裤，小新还钻到他头发去，弄得很乱。）
好像是这样唱的：

听到这首个很多人会想起喇叭裤，蓬头发，70，80年代的时候！
