UC知道电脑高手进一下，我的电脑出问题了

最近电脑重装了好几次，可问题却更多了。安装程序的文件（exe)都打不开，也不知是缺了什么东西。希望大家能帮忙解决一下！
重新格式化用雨林木风GHOST XP SP3版重新安装
将下面保存在记事本,另存为reg文件格式,双击导入注册表.
