这个为了强调“根本”和现在你依然not mind，最好修改成

struggle是努力争取的意思。。。建议修改成
Why are we still sticking on it/pestering with it?

第一句我不确定用have kept 还是用 have gotten 合适？还是直接用 I am sorry to get you ....谢谢！：－）

用kept比较地道的。 have kept是个完成时，强调了现在依然处于这个事件中。

这里还是建议不要用过去时，过去时表示对现在没有太大影响，用现在时比较好，表示你现在依然不在意。
