不对，what you are doing是指现在正在做的事情，不用用来做将来时。
what have you done in the past 5 years。（What did you do是不对的说法，就好像你去过中国吗 一般会说 have you been to china？但是不会说 did you go to china一样的道理。我想这个初中英文老师应该有讲过原因。）你过去五年做了什么
或者
what you will do in the next 5 years。（what will you do 和 what you will do都可以，不过第二种说法比较口语话，如果你希望用比较书面语的话 选择第一种）你未来五年要做什么
看样子，你想说的是第二种吧。

另外上面的三个句子全部错了。
what will you be doing? be doing是被动语句，就是说你被做了什么。而且第一句和第二句是一个意思，我不明白为什么加上一个the就变成准备了，准备是prepare，ok？
第三句也不通。

1、五年后你干什麽？ What will you be doing in five year's time?
2、在将来的五年裏你准备干什麽？What will you be doing in the next five years?
3、过去这五年你干什麽了？What have you done for the last five years? 或 What have you been doing for the last five years?
