底下的这份MAIL,我理解的意思是老板让我收集这个Bright ideas的计划怎么做起来。但有人说是让我收集具体提高效率的brighte ideas。大家怎么认为？谢谢~
Hi Guys,

I am confident that all of you have a lot of bright ideas that can really improve the way we work. To collect these ideas, I would like to create a forum for bringing out good ideas from your teams and yourselves. The ideas could be simple, practical ones that impact our internal and external customers. The ideas should be connected to some sort of improvement in the way we work and interact with our customers.

We could think of a reward /recognition system to encourage the flow of ideas. We could have a monthly panel to select the top 1 or 2 ideas. I just have the framework in mind and not the details for this yet.

I would like to request all of you to think about how this can work and Tracy can collect your thoughts and present it to me during the next team leader's meeting on 14th July. You also could decide on a good name for the aw

1）TRACY就是楼主负责收集所有IDEAS，老板要求7月14日会议上要交给他。

2）IDEAS是指老板希望知道他的这些想法是否合理。

3）老板想法是论坛上收集关于如何提高服务质量的建议。

4)老板希望大家考虑激励制度如何定位。每月汇报如何进行。
