1.双方权利与义务：
1.1 乙方为甲方提供产品包括：...食品。

2.价格与结算：
2.1 乙方按所送货物类别不同，每月均需定期向甲方提供报价单，经甲乙双方共同认可后方可执行。

2.3 对帐、结帐具体时间按甲方财务部相关公文办理。

3. 其它：
