这是一组Dos批处理命令。用来清理系统的垃圾文件。Del是删除文件的命令，/f/s/q都是参数，/f是强制删除只读文件，/s是从所有子目录删除文件，/q是快速删除，即是删除全局通配符不要求确认。
第一行是删除上网临时文件，第二行是删除用户的系统临时文件，第三行是删除用户最近用过的文件记录
