最后一句“I have not started it yet.”为什么要用现在完成时呢？

根据句子的意思 表示说话时Daming已经完成 not start这件事 ，所以用完成时

因为Daming从过去到现在都还没开始动手。

意思是到现在为止还没开始做啊～～～
难不成用过去or 将来？
