太极 Sum Qua 什么意思?

一个老美朋友问我,Qua的中文是什么? 感觉发音像卦,但意思好像又不是。一直没有机会领教太极的博大精深,不知哪位英雄能告知,大恩不言谢啊~~

Sum Qua"

"To acquire maximum power from the movements it is necessary to employ sum qua. The qua are the four emptinesses - two in the armpits and two where the leg joins the torso, i.e. the crease of the panty line. In this case we are referring to the qua of the leg crease. Sum means to
sink. So it is necessary to sink into the qua of the lower body in order to align one's torso in the direction of the force.
