weather 和 if 有什么区别？

我的解释可能会更全面:
1. if可解释为连词"如果",引导条件状语从句,whether不行.
2. whether可为连词"无论,不管",引导让步状语从句,if不行
3. 在"疑问词+不定式"中,只能用whether.
