that=the+单数可数名词/不可数名词 代替前面出现的单数可数名词/不可数名词
that不能写在非限定性定语从句中，要用which

that 只能指物，事不能指人。这里my most famous relative of all是指你亲戚中最有名的人，是指一个人，that在英语中不能指人，所以只能只the one
如果是我，感到从来没有见过that who这种表述，读起来很拗口，所以不选。
