我16岁啊,暑假准备开始练街舞breaking,自己以前有过街球的经历```

身高180,体重60kg.看到网上很多教学视频和帖子,似乎太多了;很喜欢

这些东西.不过要练的东西似乎太多了,我新手却不知道从何处开始```

最近一直在练身体```请教高手,是该怎样一步步地练起呢????该先练好身体还是练舞步基础??
具体怎么做啊，似乎要做的太多了````
