关于企业邮箱不能正常发送的原因

我们公司新做了个企业邮箱，是网络制作的公司做的，但是发现一个问题，可以正常与163.hotmail，gmail等发送，但是发不了给QQ邮箱，能发到新浪邮箱，但是收不到新浪邮箱的邮件。发给QQ的有系统退信。但是不太明白什么原因，新浪发过来的没有系统退信。

系统退信内容如下：
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at freemail-g4.xinnetdns.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

QQ邮箱很多其他的邮箱都不支持的，估计你的企业邮箱也不支持的原因吧。还有新浪邮箱，前些天似乎在维护，所以也有可能不能正常使用。
