负责总经理日常工作的安排与跟踪；协助总经理完成公司业绩报表、核对财务帐目及定期分析市场动向；配合总经理核算全年预算；及时准确的向本部工作人员宣导公司重要信息及政策；督促部门人员工作完成状况并获得的信息汇报给总经理。客户授信额度&AR的核算及控制；客户货品发票的转寄及客户合同资料档案的管理；售后服务信息的反馈；制定客户订单下单到工厂的生产、出货一系列的物流跟踪工作；负责市场部人员费用核算，费用申请，费用支出；办公室的工作制度的管理。
