特殊疑问句中插入语后面的动词

前几天在初二英语的辅导教材上看到这样一句话：Which hobbies do you think takes up the least space?
我对其中的takes很奇怪，为什么是takes而不是其原型take呢？这里的do you think 是插入语吗？如果是，那后面应该是用take呀，为什么加s呢？
请高人指点一下，谢谢！

which是代表一个。

如果是我说的这种情况就好说了，take的逻辑主语是which of the hobbies，是单数，所以加了s

这句话 文法 上 是错的

which of these hobbies ... takes ..
which hobbies .... take ...
