首先 第一题应该是whether 用的是Whether ……or not的句型，只不过省了or not 不用if
depends on time 很口语化 意思就是看时间吧
那个sane你是不是拼错了 是same吧 sane是头脑清醒的意思……用as 是说新建的建筑物不像原来那样～～
最后一个用what 用what 引导的从句 说我们从书本上获得的知识是远远不够的 指得是这件事儿 how有怎么 怎样得意思
