光谱仪软件有问题

我们买了ARL3460光谱仪,今天打开软件时输入用户名和密码之后,以前都有个加载的进度条,现在那个不动了,弹出一个错误框:selected comms port not present or unavailable for device:ics再点确认时弹出:hardware error:ics device comms port not opened点完确定进去之后要按F2或F3等只要与光谱仪器有关联的还有F7查询状态的都弹出一个错误框warning:ics device comms port not opened 而F8查询记录什么的都可以用!
上面的意思是说什么端口没打开吗还是怎么回事?有知道的麻烦告诉一下``急!

selected comms port not present or unavailable for device:ics（选定的通讯端口不存在或无法使用设备：集成电路）
hardware error:ics device comms port not opened（硬体错误：集成电路设备通讯端口没有开放）
warning:ics device comms port not opened（警告：集成电路设备通讯端口没有开放）
