1，读句子就能发现是在描述过去的事情
要用过去完成时
2 是之前看见，而不是正在看见，表示的是已经发生过了的事
也许老人现在已经不躺在地上了
3 过去进行时，当警察来的时候，他正在做，注意是正在做的事，
所以要用过去进行时
