UC知道签证用的总公司和分公司证明

分公司的一个同事要代表总公司参加德国的一个展会.领事馆要求总公司和分公司分别提供一个关系证明.我大体写了一下,不知道能不能通过.帮我看一下
以总公司名义写的
Our company has several branches in China.One out in Shenzhen. And Mr.WANG is an excellent member in Shenzhen branch. He has been working in Shenzhen branch for 2 years. This time, we would like to send him to Hamburg, the Germany as representative of our company to join in SMM 2008 to be held from 23rd to 26th of September 2008 in Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH. We would be very grateful if you will kindly accept his visa application
以分公司名义写的
Our company is some one branch of EGC Marine Supply & Logistics in Shenzhen. Now, our excellent member, Mr.WANG Xinshan (passport No.: G 28453984), who has been working here for 2 years will be sent to Hamburg as representative of the parent company, EGC Marine Supply & Logistics, to join in SMM 2008. We would be very grateful if you will kindly accept his visa application.
肯定是用公司抬头纸写的,公章,总经理签字都有.就是想让帮忙看看主体部分有没有问题,能不能看明白.因为我的英语不是太好啦

意思其实说的基本清楚，不过如果能把several branches 都列出来就更一目了然了，深圳列在最上面是不是更明了呢？
证明一般只要反映真实情况，让领事相信你。最好出具证明的纸张使用有公司名称，地址，电话等信息，并以大使馆为抬头。加盖公章应该没问题了
