“3班同学的生日日期” 可不可以翻成
"birthdate of families in Class 3"
之所以用“families ”，是因为想表达得亲切一点
但不知道这样是否说得通。
这样说对吗？有没有更好的译法？

family是指家庭，而你的意思是家庭成员，应该用family members，用in就不恰当了，因为家庭是指三班，所以要用of。所以是Birthdates of family members of Class 3，如果嫌太长，就用Birthdates of Class 3 members 就好了。
应该是 the date of birthday of classmate in Class 3
不要用families 你可以用mate 这个代表亲密的朋友
不对吧，至少应该是birthdates of classmates in C3吧。
因为至少生日日期应为复数嘛，然后families是复数形式，表示的是家庭，若用来表示家人，应用单数形式。
不对，应是the date of birthday of classmate in Class 3
