形式类似于seeing that，given that。。。之类的词组还有哪些？

=out of deference to =with an eye to(这里to为介词故后面可以接动名词)
＝ with a/the view to(这里to为介词故后面可以接动名词) “鉴于…，就…而论”。
当然as to 和as for也有”就。。。来说/论“的意思，不过as to 和as for还有许多其它含义。
