mmc.exe被感染，电脑无法运行

电脑无法正常启动，xp系统，log in 界面显示 mmc.exe - application error对话框： the instruction at "0x00405d07" referenced memory at "0x003e2932". The memory could not be "read".

该对话框无论是按‘ok'或 "cancel" 都无法消除。

通过Ctrl+Alt+delete进入资源管理器后发现系统里有两个mmc.exe，一个可打开，一个不可。我试着用可打开的mmc.exe覆盖另一个，但系统却提示另一个的mmc.exe正在运行中。

请问如何解决?

格式化硬盘后重装系统

你的c盘应该有个0x00405d07或0x003e2932的文件夹
the instruction at "0x00405d07" referenced memory at "0x003e2932". The memory could not be "read". 的意思是某某某该内存不能为read。
清除方法：

1、别管对话框，结束进程mmc.exe和kill.exe
2、删除或粉碎windows\system32\mmc.exe
3、升级杀毒软件，进行全盘杀毒
4、在正常系统中弄个mmc.exe到你的系统中
或重装系统
