以前更新加拿大枫叶卡很麻烦,持卡人在换卡其间不能往返加拿大.但是今年新政策出台了,手续简化了,在卡到期6个月的时候,只要符合条件就可以换,而且不影响你出入加拿大(因为护照上有你的移民签证),建议你保守的情况还是先飞到加拿大,在当地申请renew,当然,你也可以到离你最近的加拿大驻华使领馆咨询办理.

理论上说是可以的
