瑞星防火墙升级后死机

昨天我的电脑瑞星防火墙升级后死机，立刻出现蓝屏，上面很多英文字母看不懂，好像和hookur1.sys有关。显示重启按reset进入系统，之后电脑能正常运行，但电脑显示Administrator下的防火墙有一个文件出错，而且防火墙不能用，图标也不见了。到添加删除里面想删除但电脑自动进入重装界面，重装过程中又出现原来的问题。用一键还原系统后好了，但一升级还是老问题。瑞星是2006正版软件。请问我的电脑是不是受到攻击或中毒，有什么办法解决。回答满意追加20分。谢谢！

你先下载360安全卫士和金山毒霸用一用。
我觉得受到攻击或中毒360安全卫士和金山毒霸应该可以解决。
然后你把防火墙删掉，如果删不掉就不管它，再下载一个（反正下载不要钱）

2006年不能用了吧~

你买电脑是送的 杀毒软件和防火墙吗
要是的话 100% 是防火墙有问题
现在卖电脑的都这样
