用的VISTA系统，打开这些电子书的时候提示如下：
If this is the first WebCompiler presentation to run on this system it must be run for the first time with Admin privileges, or it will fail with a Runtime Error.

右击，点击以管理员身份运行，就OK了。Admin privileges是指管理员权限，vista系统好多程序都需要以管理员身份运行的，双击不能运行的程序就要右击，点击以管理员身份运行！
这是管理员权限的问题，看看是不是图标上有个windows盾牌？
大体的意思：如果这是第一webcompiler简报上运行，这个命令必须执行，为第一次与官方的特权，或将失败，运行时错误。
随后的运行并不需要管理员权限
