UC知道我的电脑360和淘宝都上不去？

我的电脑360和淘宝都上不去， 360安全卫士修复IE用过过了，windows优化大师用过了，都不行请问怎么办？
打开淘宝时就是一直在打开网页 到最后无法显示该页，这是6太电脑的局域网。 在网上找到的大部分方法我都试过了。
下面是电脑的host文件内容：

这与hosts文件没有太多的关系。
你修改一下路由器的mtu的值。
在wan的页面中。 把默认的1500、1492 改成1450.试试看吧。
单击IE浏览器“工具”选项，点击internet选项，在“常规”下点击“删除cookies、删除文件”后，点击“清除历史记录”。然后关闭当前所有浏览器或重启电脑再试一下。
试试看..或者你把那网站控件插件删了..所以看不了.
查看你电脑的 HOST 文件 在 C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc 文件下
