错了，习惯搭配是：sb. is sure that...; It is certain that...

所以可以这么改正：

It is certain that he will attend the meeting.

I am sure that he will attend the meeting.

可以用it is sure吗？我觉得通常都是人称代词加sure
I'm sure that he will attend the meeting.
突然又想起一种说法，和原文比较贴近
It is FOR sure that he will attend the meeting.

应该是it is certain

讲不出来为什么，就是大声读的时候觉得很别扭，可能sure都是跟着人的吧。
