有一个句子.
it was the oldest car taking part.
后面的taking part是做为car的定语从句来理解么?写全就是不是:
it was the oldest car which take part the competition.
it was the oldest car taking part.
后面的taking part是做为car的定语从句来理解么?写全就是不是:
it was the oldest car which take part the competition.
taking part 只能当分词作定语来讲 不能做为一个定语从句。所谓定语从句是用专门一个包含独立的谓语句子去修饰前面的词。
要是改为定语从句的话，最高级要用that.
It was the oldest car that took part in the competition.
(注意时态前后一致问题：was/took和词组的使用：take part in)
it was the oldest car which took part.
