Today is Mother's birthday, a special day on which I have a chance to express love and appreciation for Mother. I am especially thankful to my Mother because she is truly special.
She is raising our family by herself. She has always worked hard for us in order to give us the best of everything. I respect and admire her very much.
On this special day, I would like to buy something speical and expensive for Mother to show her how much I love her, but I cannot afford to do that. Instead, I am giving her a big card and a small gift. I think she will understand how I feel about her.
I will always remember her good cooking and how dinner was waiting on the table for me every day when I came back home from school. On rainy days she would wait for me at the school gate with an unbrella. She takes good care of me. No matter how much love I returned to her, it can never equal the mother's love.
