arrive 是瞬间性动词为什么可以用进行式

将来进行时有两种含义，一个是将来某段时间内持续发生的动作，这个和一般进行时类似，不能用arrive；另一个是陈述将来要发生的客观事实,不表愿望,这里显然是第二个含义。

They will arrive here. 有他们想要来的意思 They will be arriving here. 他们要来 感情上有细微差别

瞬间动词可以用现在进行时表达将来的动作
如：My birthday is coming soon.我的生日马上到了．

这是将来进行时，其形式为be going to / will be doing sth.
较一般将来时而言，更具有生动性。

用现在分词表将来
Spring is coming soon.
