所谓 反意——简单来说就是，
1. 如果前半句是 肯定句， 后半句就用 否定 来问
2. 如果前半句是 否定句， 后半句就用 肯定 来问
注意：前后句的 动词谓语 使用要相互 吻合
如： She is a student, isn't she?
She is not a student, is she?
He smokes a lot, doesn't he?
He doesn't smoke a lot, does he?
They are football players, aren't they?
They are not football players, are they?
I am beautiful, ain't I?
I am not beautiful, am I?
就把动词（一般动词的话就用do调前，后面动词改成原形）调到句子最前面，然后加not，后面句子照写就可以了。
She is a student.
Is not she a student?
He smokes a lot.
Does not he smoke a lot?
2 完全正确
she is a student.
不要加S在student后面。
不明白你在问什么
He smokes a lot.是对的，没有错。smoke动词，第三人称单数所以加s，a lot是形容修饰smoke的副词。
