填Waiting还是Having waited？

括号里是填Waiting还是Having waited？
后面有个“for half an hour”，是否要用现在完成式？！
怎么区别那两个呢？

having Waited

doing 和having done主要区别在于，having done 强调动作先后顺序，不可乱，
eg:Having saved a little money Tom was able to buy his mother a lovely stamp.
这个句子就是，先攒钱再买邮票。
而doing就是看和主语得关系，主动ing 被动ed

having waited is right. 是因为有了个时间状语 for half an hour, waiting 表示进行的动作，正在等了半个小时 句意不通， 而应该为 已经等了半小时， 然后意识到了把支票落在车里了。
