就是凡是文中直接提到了的观点十有八九不会是正确答案
比如说这篇文章里有这样的话“however，in our strong ambition to be successful and care for our many responsibilities，we may feel terribly guilty when we take time to rest.”
a答案在这里直接被提到（虽然换了个表达方式）
所以头一个就可以T掉它

应该是选B,原因如下：
1.B是具有高度概括性的一句话
2.A和D一样，都只是片面的说法，虽然没错，但都不准确，不像B有概括性
