how to play table tennis

这个问题太大了，个人建议去找找教程。
个人意见如下。
1，练习握拍。横握，竖握两种方法自己选。
2，练习站位和走动。（这个恕小生才疏，写不出来，看看实战吧。）基本就是两腿开立，不要总僵在一个地方，多注意侧滑步和跑位。
3，练习击球。球拍正面击球，多加练习，以过网为准，增加感觉（当然此时也可顺便练习发球）。
对球熟悉一段时间之后大概就能练习旋转了。这个也恕小生才疏吧，里面的学问大太了。
