那么多连接，请高手解释下是怎么会事？？？？？

每次只要打开IE就会出现很多连接，就像这样：

进程名称：Unknown
ID ：0
类型 ： TCP
本机端口：3145
本机地址：我自己的IP
远程端口：80
远程端口类型：http
远程地址：60.28.22.60
进程创建时间：N/A
连接状态一直是：时间等待。

我用的是CurrPorts V1.02检测到的。
什么地方的IP也有，反正很多。
为什么呢？
请高手给个详细的答案！

清楚一下，IE历史文件；如果有必要清楚下C盘所有历史文件，
