1、Chinese之前应该加个不定冠词a.即，As a Chinese；
2、由于“自豪”后面跟的是一个从句，所以要去掉of，即说成“all proud that ”。

As a Chinese,we are all proud of holding the 29th Olympic Games !

把of去掉

单纯地从语法上说没有什么错误。

你想说:作为中国人，我们都为这次能举办奥运会而骄傲！吧？
