表天气用什么时态？

为什么是：“what's the weather like?” 而不是“what will the weather like?”还有为何“tomorrow is sunday” 而不是“tomorrow will be sunday”

天气人们习惯用一般现在时
还有tomorrow是比较接近的未来，而且天气的状况有天气预报，还是比较准的，用一般现在时可以代替将来时。
