Playing Gym
Do you like playing Gym or other sports ? Many person have the habit of morning exercise , they get up very early every day , and all of our colleagues play gym everyday .
Every morning , we play gym in despite of snow , rain , windy , or sunny .
We start from 7:30 and finish at 8:00 . In our company , no matter you are a man or a women , manager or worker , you must to play gym except you are sick .
There are ten section in all , it contains many actions , such as jumping , outspread , stoop , lifting leg and so on . Everyone must treat it seriously , and do it carefully . If you do it very earnest , there will be much sweat on you body , and you will be invigorative .

早操应该是morning exercise吧。GYM有体育，体操的意思。
Many person have the habit of morning exercise 中的person改成people较好。
we play gym in despite of snow , rain , windy , or sunny . gym后面加逗号。
Start from改成start at
women是复数，你前面用了a，所以应该用woman
you must to play gym except you are sick. must后面跟动词原形，所以应去掉to， gym后面加逗号。

windy, sunny是形容词，不能用在in despite of 后。
woman。
no matter后加特殊疑问词，no matter how,no matter what分别表示不论怎样，不论什么。所以whether you are aman or a woman 好些。
